Zusammenfassung:In this study, 1,3-oxazepine derivatives [F1-F6] were prepared by the reaction of Schiff's bases with maleic anhydride in dry benzene. The synthesized compounds were characterized by physical properties, UV-Vis, FT-IR and 1H-NMR spectral .TLC checked the purity of these compounds. The antibacterial activities were studied against different kinds of bacteria, Pseudomonas aeruginosa Gram (-) ve and Staphylococcus aureus Gram (+) ve. The results indicated that some of the assayed compounds showed a microbial activity against the used bacterial. In addition, evaluation of laser efficacy is showed for the compounds [F1-F6] were radiated by laser for (10, 20, 30) seconds. It was observed that the compounds were not affected and they did not disintegrate or polymerize when the melting point and color were measured.
