Zusammenfassung:A 2‐year‐old, entire, female springer spaniel and an 8‐year‐old, entire, male Scottish terrier were referred for recurrent, multifocal, oral necrotic ulcers with pseudomembrane and nasal discharge. Histopathologic examination of biopsies described chronic ulcerative necrotising stomatitis and chronic neutrophilic and, eosinophilic or plasmacytic, rhinitis. Management with immunosuppressive agents resulted in temporary remission of the presenting lesions. Both dogs were eventually euthanized due to the painful and recurrent nature of the condition.
