Zusammenfassung:The progressive nature of globalisation has led to the reduction in geographical space and the integration of different societies and sovereign states in many ways. An increased diplomatic partnership is one of the ways the world has become increasingly integrated, a sequel to the fact that man now lives in a global village. This study focuses on the Saudi Arabian-African partnership. It traced the partnership to the pre-colonial era. The study, which was grounded on the balance of power theory, outlined the historic diplomatic experiences between Saudi Arabia and the many African States. The research showed that diplomats and ambassadors are major actors in developing the Saudi Arabian African partnership. Finally, the study explained clearly, the many areas of diplomatic possibilities between the sovereign actors and agitated for improved relations.
