Zusammenfassung: | We describe direct and indirect methods aimed at the evaluation of the degree of damage to materials according to the results of analysis of their density, grain sizes, and relative changes in the parameters performed by using the phenomenon of acoustic emission. We also reveal the advantages and limitations of the traditional ultrasonic methods used to find the degree of damage by analyzing the velocity and decay of waves of various types. |
