Zusammenfassung: | NO2 gas sensor based on ZnO nanorod was successfully grown onto quartz substrate by CBD technique. X-ray diffraction analysis confirmed a hexagonal wurtzite structure. Field emission scanning electron microscopy observations revealed nanorods structure with an average diameter of 175 nm, and UV.vis measurement shows a direct energy bandgap of 3.266 eV. The sensitivity toward 86 ppm of NO2 vapor was 241.66% at operating temperatures of 300°C. The sensors show good stability and repeatability over several circles. |
