Zusammenfassung:Two newly indole Schiff Bases successfully synthesized by reacting 2-(5-Fluror-3, 3-dimethyl-1,3-dihydro-indol-2-ylidene)-malonaldehyde (2) with 4-Chloro-aniline. and 2,3-dimethyl aniline. The chemical structures of the newly compounds were characterized by spectroscopic methods such as (FT-IR, 1H-NMR and APT 13C-NMR). The biological activities of new compounds were tested for their cytotoxicity activity against breast cancer cell line type HepG2 and SK-GT2 with different concentrations. The results show that the synthesized compounds have promising cytotoxicity activity against HepG2 and SK-GT2 cell line.
