Zusammenfassung:Information on the morphology and distribution of Dunckerocampus pessuliferus (Syngnathidae), Satyrichthys rieffeli (Peristediidae), and Canthigaster inframacula (Tetraodontidae) is given. D. pessuliferus was not previously known from the South China Sea. S. rieffeli was reported for the first time for the ichthyofauna of Vietnam. The limits of morphological variability of the described species are clarified.
