P‐12.13: Optimized solution based on the prevention of accidental surge in the LCD production line causing the failure of the two‐way TVS tube

The Two‐way TVS tube is an efficient anti‐static and anti‐surge device, which plays a vital protective role in the circuit. As the types of smart products continue to increase, anti‐static and anti‐surge devices have also been widely used. This article mainly introduces the failure reason analysis of the two‐way TVS tube in the circuit design of the LCD display product POS machine, and proposes a better solution to protect the two‐way TVS tube in the LCD product by comparing and optimizing the solutions through production line comparison.
