. The properties of all samples were characterized by X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), ultraviolet spectrophotometer (UV–vis), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and so on. The results show that the doping of Ce can highly improve the photocatalytic activity of CoIn
