LAS CARA CTERÍSTICAS DE LA INVESTIGACIÓN DEL DERECHO CONSUETUDINAR IO EN ESPAÑA Y EN HUNGRÍA A LA LUZ DE LA OBRA DE JOAQUÍN COSTA MAR TÍNEZ Y ERNŐ TÁRKÁNY SZÜCS

Estudiar los dos modelos significativamente diferentes y bien distinguibles en el espacio y en el tiempo, y además la carrera de estos investigadores, puede presentar nuevos datos y aspectos no sólo para los investigadores húngaros menos familiarizados con los resultados y hallazgos españoles sino también para la historia de derecho europeo también. Abstract The study presents the history of Spanish and Hungarian research of legal customs related to the 19-20th century European legal modernization, based on the scientific oeuvre of Joaquín Costa Martínez (1846-1911) and Erno Tárkány Szücs (1921-1984). The examination of the two significantly different models and research careers, which can be clearly distinguished in space and time, can introduce new data and aspects for the research of the European legal development, and even for the regions applying European law more broadly. A partir de principios de siglo XIX, el Estado ruso, reconociendo el derecho de los pueblos conquistados a actuar en sus propios asuntos de acuerdo con sus propias costumbres jurídicas, concedió una importancia cada vez mayor a la recopilación de las costumbres jurídicas en particular.
