Zusammenfassung:CFRP circular cell honeycomb have superior properties and can be used for the interlayer of microwave reflector.In the face grinding process of CFRP circular cell honeycomb,regular burrs are easy to appear and the formation process of burrs is not clear.CFRP circular cell of honeycomb is studied,the exit angle and the grinding wheel axis offset angle is defined considering its macro structural features and face grinding characteristics.Furthermore,the interaction between grinding wheel and fiber in cutting section is systematically studies under the comprehensive influence of chamfered corner of grinding wheel and machining parameters is revealed and the prediction model of burr length is established.The results show that the chamfered corner of grinding wheel in the cutting section is affected by the grinding wheel axis offset angle and the chamfered corner of grinding wheel simultaneously,the position where the fiber breaks first is affected by the relationship between the chamfered corner of grinding wheel in the cutting section and the fiber direction angle and the axial grinding depth,the length of the burr is affected by the position where the fiber breaks first and the fiber direction angle.Meanwhile,in order to obtain better machined surface quality and avoid burr,the grinding wheel with larger chamfer angle and smaller grinding wheel axis offset angle or the exit angle close to 900 are preferred.When burr is unavoidable,smaller grinding axial depth is preferred.The research results can provide guidance for tool path planning,tool design and process parameter selection in the grinding process of CFRP circular cell honeycomb.
