2
N
2
O grains ~0.7 μm in size, with an amorphous oxide phase in between. The highest hardness (13.3 GPa) was reached by the sample containing the Y
2
O
3
and Al
2
O
3
oxides in the molar ratio 2 : 1 and obtained at a sintering temperature of 1770°C. |
