The process of managing labor potential of the fishery complex as an object of modeling using artificial neural networks

The paper presents an approach to managing labor potential of the fishery complex as a compound, dynamic, vaguely defined object of management. Labor potential is viewed as a key construct of the industry complex management strategy and a reserve for increasing its efficiency. The process of managing labor potential of the fishery complex is presented as an object of modeling. In order to select and substantiate key methods and algorithms for constructing decision support systems, as well as technological solutions for the problem of identifying a model for managing labor potential of the fishery complex, an analysis of the applicability of artificial neural networks has been performed. A generalized problem of intelligent neural network decision support for managing labor potential of the fishery complex has been formulated. The expediency of using artificial intelligence methods in matters of labor potential management has been determined.
