Zusammenfassung: | Hole transport material (HTM) is an important component for fabricating the organometallic planar perovskite solar cells (OPSC). Metal oxide based hole transport materials are developed to increase the device stability and minimize the fabrication cost. In this article, the CuO nanoparticles (NPs) is prepared by precipitation, microwave and hydrothermal assisted methods and used as hole transport material for planar OPSCs.
