Zusammenfassung:To determine the humidity of materials, a method is proposed for identifying the parameters of multielement bipolar devices, the studies of which have been carried out using simulation modeling in the SimInTech program environment. The proposed method is compared with the known approach. Full-scale studies of the prototype of a test rig confirmed the advantages of the proposed method. The measurement results showed there to be a significantly lower limiting relative error compared to measurements using model instruments.
