Zusammenfassung:The Ni–Mo 2 C/С and Mo 2 C/Al 2 O 3 catalysts produced by microwave synthesis are highly active in hydrogenation of alkenes (cyclohexene, 1-decene) and naphthalene and in hydrodesulfurization of a mixture modeling the diesel fraction. The obtained results were compared with the activity of stoichiometric Mo 2 C and a study was made of the effect of temperature (250–400°C), hydrogen pressure (10–40 atm), and the amount of the catalyst on the conversion of the substrates.
