Zusammenfassung: | Computational technology and software complex are developed for numerical modeling of wave processes in geomedia. Mathematical model of the Poynting–Thomson viscoelastic medium is taken into consideration to describe wave attenuation effect. Applied numerical algorithm is based on the two-cyclic splitting method. Viscous properties are taken into account at the separate stages of splitting. The amplitude-frequency characteristics and images of wavefronts are obtained. Numerical results depict the influence of quality factor on behavior of wavefields. |
