Fundamental Physical Constants: Search Results and Variation Descriptions

This paper presents recent data on the search for and description of temporal variations of fundamental physical constants. The results were obtained using laboratory and astrophysical data. Fundamental physical constants, whose variations are of particular interest from the standpoint of physics and metrology, are analyzed according to the fixed values of base constants. The latest data related to the fundamental physical constants under study are reviewed, and estimates of their variations across large time scales are presented. The significance of studying long-term variations of fundamental physical constants for fundamental and practical metrology is noted.
