Zusammenfassung: | This paper presents a novel antireflection coating design for multijunction solar cells operating in concentration photovoltaics systems based on high-low refractive index stacks. We investigate several angular distributions of the impinging radiation produced by different optical trains and find that this design improves the short circuit current for GaInP/GaInAs/Ge triple-junction solar cells and inverted metamorphic GaInP/GaAs/GaInAs/GaInAs quadruple-junction solar cells as compared to state-of-the-art double-layer antireflection coatings using Al2O3/TiO2 materials. |
