Zusammenfassung: | The Bi-Zn binary system was investigated using wet chemical synthesis. Obtained results were applied to knowledge for lead-free solder materials with low melting elements as Bi and Zn. This synthesis between salts of elements and sodium hydroxides was used to prepare the solders. Different analysis was used for investigation of the system. Quantity of Bi and Zn were determined in the mixtures. The samples were synthesized at two pH ranges. With stoichometri quantity sodium hydroxides and after that with sodium hydroxides 10 percent less. |
