Zusammenfassung:A comparative analysis of Raman scattering spectra of xenomaterials made of spongy and compact components of bone tissues after continuous-flow delipidation has been performed. The objects of study are 36 xenomaterial samples, obtained according to the Lioplast technology: 18 samples of spongy bone tissue and 18 samples of compact bone tissue. Continuous-flow delipidation has been performed by filtering the solutions after demineralization of the spongy and compact bone tissues. It is established that the filtering facilitates a decrease in the triglyceride concentration in xenomaterials, obtained from the spongy and compact bone tissues. Spectral changes in the spongy bone tissue after filtering are found, which indicate higher-quality treatment of these biomaterials after the delipidation stage.
