Study of the trends in implementation of tools and principles of the green economy in Russia in comparison with foreign practice

Russian exports remain a key element in global economic dynamics, however a global green energy transition could have potentially higher implications for the Russian economy as fuel prices decline. The development of environmentally friendly and resource-saving energy has become a priority of the state energy policy. "Green" economy implies low carbon content, environmental management and social justice. This article examines the trends in the introduction of green economy tools in different countries of Europe and Russia.
