Zusammenfassung: | To ensure raw material stability in the dairy industry, dry canned milk is used in the production of a number of dairy products. The purpose of this work is to study the effect on the recovery process of water pollutants that are formed in the process of water treatment at the stage of disinfection when using chlorine-containing reagents as a disinfectant reagent. Water is used as a solvent to reconstitute powdered milk and cream and is taken from the drinking water supply system. The conducted studies, as well as review data on the toxic and carcinogenic effects of the studied contaminants on the human body, show that water supplied to food enterprises and used for technological needs should be treated to reduce the content of haloorganic compounds in order to ensure the quality and safety of finished products. |
