Fabrics for Working Clothes Protecting from Sparks and Molten Metal Spatters

The resistance of fabrics of different chemical compositions to the action of sparks and molten metal spatters is investigated for selecting the optimum composition of materials for making working clothes of welders. A fabric with a special spatial structure, an additional polymer coating on the surface of which considerably increases protection from burns and ensures rolling-off of melt drops from the fabric surface, has been developed.
