Zusammenfassung:This article considers the alternatives for treatment of the raffinate produced at a unit for the extraction of benzene-containing fractions and the products of catalytic reforming. The method for aromatization of gasolines by catalytic reforming is widely used in industry. In the case of targeted use of the obtained aromatic hydrocarbons as a petrochemical raw material in order to isolate benzene the benzenecontaining part of the reformate goes through a technological extraction stage, during which a by-product, catalytic reforming raffinate, is formed. The paper presents the results from modeling and calculations of the combined operation of catalytic reforming with continuous catalyst regeneration and an isomerization unit and also proposes an optimal raffinate processing scheme that makes it possible to increase the yield of marketable products.
