Zusammenfassung: | The strength of yarn produced from flax fibers by an adhesive method depends on the adhesion of a binder to a fiber material. A comparative analysis of adhesion forces and breaking strength has been carried out for the following synthetic polymers used as binders: polyvinyl acetate, polyvinyl alcohol, and sericin protein. As a result, it is recommended to use sericin having a concentration of 6% as a binder in the production of adhesive yarn. |
