Zusammenfassung: | Nowadays one of the important aspects of the state policy is to solve the problem of land littering with production and consumption wastes, their recycling and disposal. The environmental legislation of the Russian Federation strictly regulates the sphere of waste management. For example, the Federal Law №7-FZ "About environmental protection". [1] regulates that the discharge of industrial wastes and products of human activity must not pose a threat to the environment. That is why it is prohibited to discharge waste into surface and underground water bodies, into water catchment areas, into the subsoil and onto the soil. In view of the fact that the Baikal natural area belongs to the area with higher requirements for effluent discharge, toxicity analysis is of particular relevance. |
