Zusammenfassung:Dicationic ionic liquids with a polymethylene ( n C = 5, 9) linker between the imidazolium cations and the bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide anion have been synthesized. Their thermal stability was studied, and the melting points, viscosity, and volatility in vacuum were measured. The possibility of using the obtained ionic liquids as heat transfer fluids in vacuum was assessed.
