Zusammenfassung: | The results of chemometric analysis of the X-ray fluorescence data of biological samples are presented. Using the study of the elemental composition of the proximal tail vertebrae of mice after 30-day space flight and vivarium reference specimens as an example, the effectiveness of the application of self-modeling algorithms for identifying the element distribution in the bone matrix, inclusions, etc., is shown. The used approach eliminated residual correlations between elements from consideration and highlighted the intrinsic features of the elemental distribution in bone tissue of the tail vertebrae of mice. |
