Zusammenfassung: | Fabrication of nanofibrous scaffolds using electrospinning technology combine two forms of polymers, polycaprolactone (PCL) as a synthetic plastics and chitosan (CS) as a natural polymer. To define the favorable properties of the blended PCL/CS-based nanofibers, the solution preparation and specification were optimized. Numerous characterizations have been carried out for the determination of the morphology of the surface by field emission SEM (FESEM), wettability utilizing the measurement of the water contact angle, and (FTIR) Fourier transform infra-red test to identify chemical bonds in the samples. Experimental results have shown that 15% (w/v) of PCL/ and 2% (w/v) of chitosan with flow rate 1ml/h, and 18-22KV demonstrated suitable properties of the fabricated nanofibrous scaffold for potential skin regeneration. |
