Zusammenfassung: | In this study, High temperature superconductor YBa2Cu3O7-x (YBCO) nanoparticle was prepared by Sol-gel technique. The sol-gel includes a homogeneous solution of Y-Ba-Cu acetate precursor and acetic acid. The powder was compressed by hydraulic at 5 ton/cm2 and needed a post-reaction heat treatment at 850 °C for 8 h with oxygen flow. The YBCO bulk has been characterized using traditional R-T measurements, producing a best value of the critical transition temperature (Tc) of approximately 93 °k. The morphology of the samples taken by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) views particles after heating processing, as well as the best Nano scale and clearly plate shaped grains. Furthermore, the EDX revealed that the composition of elements YBCO matched the chemicals used to make the YBCO superconductor. X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) was used to examine the structural properties of the Y-123 compound, which revealed that the sample is crystalline with an orthorhombic phase. |
