-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)methoxy]-3-methylbenzofuran-2-yl}(phenyl)methanone derivatives has been synthesized with high yields, characterized by IR, NMR, and mass spectroscopy, and elemental analysis. According to their cytotoxicity tests, majority of the target compounds exhibit good activity against A-549 cells using Doxorubicin as the standard drug. The products demonstrate high antimicrobial activity. Molecular docking studies have been performed against 2XCT. Most of the compounds have been characterized by good binding interactions with the target. |
