Despite the experience gained from the multiple wars that have taken place on its territory, the disaster is beyond the management capacities of the Lebanese state. The whole world is mobilizing. Communication is global. Help is pouring in. But a problem arises for state and private donors: how to manage this humanitarian bridge, especially in terms of the delivery of aid, with transparency? Only one solution is on the horizon: NGOs. These organizations are indeed very present on the Lebanese scene, active, and above all very numerous. |
