Inteligencia de negocios aplicada a los ejecutivos de una Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito de Lima Cercado

The objective of this research was to determine the influence of the "CGF" Business Intelligence Program on the Executives of an association of savings and credits in Lima Cercado, 2021. [...]the design was pre-experimental, the Business Intelligence test by Ahumada and Perusquia was applied in two measurements (pretest and post-test) to an experimental group, for which a program was developed in 15 work sessions, to improve the shortcomings of the dimensions of the business intelligence variable. The results obtained show that after the implementation of the "CGF" program, the level of business intelligence went from a predominantly low strength level of 50% to a high strength level of 72.73%.
