Zusammenfassung:Uremia is the terminal stage of chronic renal insufficiency. Traditional Chinese medicine has rich experience in the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency. The dialectical classification is: Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney, excessive water and Qi, the treatment of warming and nourishing spleen and kidney, promoting qi and diuresis, can be reduced by Zhenwu Decoction; Yang failure of spleen and kidney, water stop poison Sheng, can be reduced by Fuzi Dahuang Decoction; edema for a long time, blood stasis block, often with active Blood stasis, blood line, water line of the principle, commonly used in clinical motherwort, Eupatorium, peach kernel, safflower, etc., can play a role in promoting blood circulation, diuresis and detoxification. In clinic, Chinese medicine enema is also used in combination with treatment. Rhubarb, Fructus aurantii Immaturus, and calcined oyster are used to decoct into decoction.
