Preliminary study on the formula of the ganoderma lucidum cultivated by ginkgo biloba and garlic straw

In this study, ginkgo biloba and garlic straw were used as the main cultivation materials, and the content of polysaccharide in the fruiting body of ganoderma lucidum as the index, Using the Plackett - Burman design method, the steepest climbing experiment, central composite design and response surface analysis method to get the best cultivation formula. The results showed that in the leaves of 51.87% ginkgo, 29.97% garlic straw, 10% cottonseed shell, 1% sucrose, 1% gypsum powder, 5% bran, 0.4% MgSO4, 0.1% KH2PO4, 0.01% VB1 was used as the medium formula, the content of polysaccharide in the fruit body of ganoderma lucidum was the highest, up to 7.54%.
