Zusammenfassung: | A system of ozonation for sterilizing milk has been developed. It can reduce the microbial contamination of milk with spore-forming microorganisms, thereby increasing the quality of milk sterilization taking into account the level of microbial contamination while maintaining the nutritional value. The milk sterilization system sterilizes milk by creating the required concentration of ozone and ultraviolet radiation. Similar technical solutions require the expansion of the arsenal of tools used to improve the efficiency of milk sterilization and various liquid food products.
