Zusammenfassung: | Non-circular helical gears, having the advantages of cams and cylindrical gears, are widely used on various occasions, whose precision machining has always been a research focus. With the accuracy requirements increasing of non-circular gears, upgrading non-circular gear hobbing models is more and more important. This paper takes the non-circular helical gears hobbing with moving axis as the research object, and establishes the ellipse standard system for high-order non-circular gears, and derives the linkage mathematical model for machining helical non-circular gears with hobbing cutters. In this paper, a preliminary design for the processing of non-circular gear hobbing is carried out. |
