Zusammenfassung: | Negative impact on women's capacity to establish and grow businesses in comparison to their male colleagues. According to the findings of this study, female-owned SMEs may have a distinct entrepreneurial orientation that enhances their company performance through network affiliation, which influences their business performance in some elements of social capital and human capital. The small, medium, and micro entrepreneurs in Medan are the focus of this study. Path analysis is a data analysis technique. The goal of this study is to investigate the influence of human capital and social capital on women entrepreneurs' perceptions of entrepreneurial opportunities in Medan as mediator of business performance. |
