Zusammenfassung: | Physical and technological parameters for preparing aluminum alloy thin sheet billets in a two-roll casting and rolling unit are developed. For each stage of the production chain of roll casting + hot rolling + heat treatment the effect of hot deformation and heat treatment on the structure and properties of sheet workpieces and final rolled metal products obtained is investigated. A significant dependence is established for the level of cast strip mechanical properties on changes in structure that occur under the influence of various production factors. It is shown that for all alloys studied rolled metal strength properties reached a maximum level with twofold reduction (Σ
i
= 50%). With a further increase in the degree of reduction rolled product strength increases insignificantly, but for high-strength alloys (D16 and V95) there is a tendency towards an increase in relative elongation. This pattern differs from that usually observed in classical heat treatment when alloy ductility decreases with an increase in strength indices. The level of mechanical properties obtained for rolled metal products for almost all alloys studied is higher than the corresponding standard values. |
