Zusammenfassung: | In this study, a bionanocomposites layer was created on polyester textile through the insitu synthesis of copper nanoparticles using copper acetate in an alkaline solution and Tragacanth gum polymer. The chemical structure and surface morphology of samples were studied by XRD, FTIR, XPS, SEM, and EDX patterns. Moreover, the photocatalytic and antibacterial features, cytotoxicity, the release of nanoparticles, color coordinates, water absorption, thermal behavior, and tensile strength of samples were investigated. In addition, the effect of polymer coating on the created properties on the surface of samples was explored. Based on the obtained results, the prepared fabric with copper oxide/Tragacanth gum bionanocomposites created the fairly suitable photo, bio, hydro, and heat‐catalytic activities granting environment safety. |
