Zusammenfassung:In the oil and gas exploration and development process, most of the wells are cementing wells with target in high accuracy slurry design, Aiming at the difficulties and existing problems with cementing in Noor Oilfield and based on existing technical analysis and evaluation, an integrated cementing technology suitable for cementing of each casing in Noor Oilfield has been created through studies on leak prevention and sealing, spacer and washing fluid, cement slurry formula and cementing techniques, to ensure safe and smooth cementing operation, achieve good annulus isolation and provide technical support for accomplishment of expected drilling and exploration objectives. This research is focused on experimental improvement of saturated salt cement slurry that was used in cementing operation of 12.25 in section, lower Fars formation in Noor oil field. Due to presence of many salt section members and creeping tendency of this formation, current saturated salt cement slurry did not showed any satisfied performance and poor results. Thus a new modification of this cement slurry was attempted experimentally by inclusion of Chloride potassium and the rheological, compressive strength, and thickening time properties were measured at different concentrations .Results of experimental work showed that addition of Nacl and KCL to salt cement slurry will increase the compressive strength until 3 % of Kcl with Nacl reach to 18% by weight and decreasing after that . Also, increasing of KCL concentration will increases the thickening time of the salt saturated cement slurry.
