Zusammenfassung: | Amine functionalized mesostructured cellular foam (MCF-NH

) was investigated as new support for electromembrane extraction along with corona discharge ion mobility spectrometer analysis to simultaneously extraction and subsequently quantification of tramadol and methadone from the human urine samples. Firstly, in the mentioned method, a 2.0 mg mL
−1
of MCFs was dispersed in 2-nitro phenyl octyl ether as a supported liquid membrane. Then, the holes in the fiber were covered with the dispersed mixture, and the hollow fiber was used for the extraction procedure. The optimal conditions for the method were: 2-nitro phenyl octyl ether; concentration of 2.0 mg mL
−1
of MCFs as the supported liquid membrane, 180 V as driving force, pH of 4.0 for donor solution, and 0.01 M HCl in the acceptor solution and 20 min extraction time. Under the optimum extraction conditions, recoveries were achieved in the range of 79–90% for tramadol and methadone. This method also offered acceptable linearity (
R

> 0.98), repeatability (6.1–7.5%), low limits of detection (0.3 ng mL
−1
), and high preconcentration factor (158–179). Additionally, the attained results confirm the applicability of the presented method for the determination of model drugs in urine samples. |
