Zusammenfassung:A study is performed of the laser ablation of solid targets in a liquid irradiated with microsecond pulses of a tailored solid-state laser. Special attention is given to measuring the laser’s spatial, temporal, and energy characteristics. It is shown that a microsecond laser pulse consists of a train of short pulses with a high rate of repetition that induce the formation of nanoparticles of different sizes.
