Zusammenfassung: | We studied and prepared the focus tunable LC lens for 2D/3D switchable displays according to equivalent‐optical retaration principle. In order to obtain the smooth parabolic curve, we optimized the LC cell gap, driving voltage, and electrode slit numbers using Techwiz software. Finally, we got an LC lens demo with 156um pitch and 725 um focal length, which have a good optical profile and ~1.2% crosstalk when used to 3D display(~1.5% reference as to fixed lens). Also, the MTF results showed the LC lens had an equal image quality level compared to the fixed resin lens. |
