Utilization of electronic resources effectively helps to create an academic atmosphere where students, teachers, management and other stakeholders can participate in teaching and learning process irrespective of their locations. Despite the revolutionary changes brought by Information communication technology and the great potentials of EIRs in enhancing effective teaching, electronic information resources are grossly underutilized even during the era of COVID-19.
