Zusammenfassung: | Jet pumps have a wide range of applications and are commonly used in thermal electro stations and refrigeration constructions. Original project of the jet pump was developed in researches with using an analytical approach, and its efficiency was improved using an efficient and accurate computational model of the fluid dynamics of compressible turbulent flow in the pump, the predictions of which were in good agreement with the corresponding experimental data. Parametric studies were performed to determine the effect of pump geometry on pump performance. In this article discussed the theoretical basis of the kinematic parameters of the suction pipe designed to clean the water basins from turbidity, including the dependence of the average flow rate on the pressure change in the mixing chamber. In the case, the fluid is considered to be single-phase, i.e., the densities of the working and absorbed liquids are the same. |
