Zusammenfassung:The concentration areas of the existence of various coordination compounds in the PbCl 2 –(NH 2 ) 2 CS system were determined by plotting the distribution diagrams and diagrams of the prevalence of complex species in the initial solution. As shown by X-ray diffraction analysis, at deposition temperatures of 300–500°С PbS films crystallize in the cubic system, with the unit cell parameter being independent of the deposition temperature. The band gap of the synthesized PbS was determined by optical spectrometry; it is 0.41–0.45 eV for direct allowed transitions.
