Zusammenfassung: | In this paper, a very first use of the self-consistent two-fluid model is made in the context of ion-scale cnoidal waves (CWs) in a 1D electron ion plasma. Electrons are taken as relativistically degenerate, while ions are relativistic but cold and nondegenerate. The Korteweg–de Vries equation is derived via the reductive perturbation technique, and its cnoidal wave (CW) solution is determined. The analysis of the CWs is provided in terms of characteristic relativistic parameter, linked with the ultra-high particle density. |
