Zusammenfassung: | Drawing on regulatory focus theory, the purpose of the study is (a) to present a conceptual model integrating Employee Value Proposition (EVP), Psychological Contract and Employee Voice Behavior (b) to present propositions justifying the relationship between the variables, and (c) put forward a research agenda. A systematic integrative literature review of 57 studies was conducted. Based on the review, research gaps were identified in the theoretical perspectives, methodological aspects, and it was found that there is a paucity of research integrating EVP and other variables in a regulatory focus perspective. A bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer also supported the findings from the literature review. The link between Psychological Contract, Regulatory Focus, and Employee Voice Behaviour can be seen in earlier studies. The present study made an attempt to link Employee Value Proposition with these variables. The study also concluded with a future scope suggesting the need of strengthening the current theoretical foundation with empirical testing. |
